Rates December 2025 through November 2026

Price is affected by time of travel. As to the best time of year to visit – July through October are ‘high’ season, the best months for game-viewing (becoming progressively better until it rains in October - December) but with prices to match. April, May and November are ‘shoulder’ season, with better prices and slightly more challenging conditions, and December through March are ‘low’ season, exceptionally beautiful but generally considered more suitable for second-timers who have seen the game at its best and are happy to dig a little deeper for their experience. Although accommodation prices are seasonal, airfares and air transfers are priced the same throughout the year and are a significant part of the cost, so the effect on the overall package of seasonal pricing is somewhat mitigated as a result.

Your stay is fully inclusive, so you can leave your wallet behind and focus entirely on the experience. A private room with dedicated ablution facilities provides a comfortable personal retreat, while the communal areas are stocked with snacks and board games for quieter moments between activities. Laundry is taken care of throughout your stay. Please note this covers clothing but not underwear, so we recommend packing accordingly.

All meals, snacks and beverages are included: communal breakfasts, lunches and dinners that are wholesome, generous and prepared with care. The kitchen is happy to accommodate dietary requirements, whether vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or otherwise, so just let the team know in advance. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, water and a selection of local wines and spirits are available throughout the day.

The heart of the experience is the time you spend in the Delta itself.
All game activities are included: sunrise and sunset walks led by your knowledgeable local guide, and mokoro excursions gliding silently through the channels and waterways that make the Okavango one of the most extraordinary wilderness areas on earth. Park fees and emergency medical evacuation to the nearest competent facility are also covered, ensuring complete peace of mind throughout your stay.

We welcome children of all ages at Delta Camp, Oddballs’ Palm Island Luxury Lodge and Oddballs’ Enclave.
